Scope of application
1. Widely used in flammable and explosive gas environments such as oil extraction, oil refining, chemical industry, offshore oil platform tankers, and also in combustible dust places such as military industry and metal processing:

3. Applicable to Class IA, IB,IC explosive gas environments;
4. Applicable to combustible dust environment Zone 21 and Zone 22 places;
5. Applicable to temperature groups T1~T6.
Product Features
1. The shell is molded with unsaturated polyester resin,which has the properties of anti-static,corrosion resistance,impact resistance,good thermal stability, and beautiful appearance;
2. The joint between the shell and the shell cover adopts a labyrinth sealing structure,and the sealing ring adopts high temperature resistant and anti-aging silicone rubber, which has strong waterproof and dustproof properties;
3. The increased safety shelis equipped with explosion-proof components (universal control switch, control button,indicator light, potentiometer, electric meter, etc.):
4. The explosion-proof components adopt a top-mounted structure, which is easy to install, with modular design of functional areas and strong
component interchangeability;
5. The shell and cover are installed with stainless steel hinges for easy installation and maintenance;
6. Stainless steel exposed fasteners and anti-drop structure are easy to install and maintain;
7. There are two installation methods,vertical and hanging, to meet the needs of different scenes.
